China Chief Representative of Foreign Tour Operator

Croatia Uniline is one of the most experienced and well known travel partner for many agencies and tour operators from all around the World, with an experience of more than 15 years, with the representative offices in all the important cities and the staff of more than one hundred fifty highly motivated professionals. We are very interested in offering the Croatian tourist offer to the Chinese agencies with the final idea to bring as much as possible Chinese tourists in Croatia and the surrounding countries.

An unique and highly rewarding position of Chief Representative is available immediately for an ambitious individual to work on of Croatia Unline. The position is based in our SHANGHAI office.

Responsibilities:
• Building relationships and maintaining relationships primarily with leisure ( both inbound/ outbound ) chains but also
   other national travel brands including airlines, cruise lines, rental car companies and tour operators.
• Responsible for developing and meeting aggressive sales targets in terms of number of deals and budgeted
   revenue.
• Use administrative skills.
• sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands.
• Lead negotiation of agreements/contracts with partners.
• Identifies and develops marketing alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
• Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
• Use financial management skills.
• Attend travel shows and industry events.
• Organize meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and experience required:
• sales representative will be a market leader who will have a strong understanding of local travel market dynamics
   as well as pre-existing relationships with key tourism and commerce related companies and destinations within
   the region.
• Fluent knowledge of Mandarin Chinese / Cantonese Chinese and English both written and verbal.
• Possible experience in government, business, tourism or travel trade.
• Possible experience in marketing, promotion or business development.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate the Uniline story and offering.
• Ability to negotiate sophisticated / complex deal structures.
• Sales abilities, track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals; Proven relationships with senior level executives
   (Director, VP, SVP, C-level) responsible for sales, marketing and distribution at corporate offices of top travel /
   tourism chains.
• Proven financial management skills.
• Development and management of campaigns or promotions experience is desired, with minimum 5 years of
   experience in hospitality and tourism business.
• Willing to travel for client meetings weekly.
• University degree or college diploma in tourism, business, marketing, communications or public administration is
   required.
